Privacy notice

This notice explains how the Nawilo website (nawilo.me) handles personal data. It covers the website only. Nawilo Relay, our product in development, will have its own terms and data processing agreement before any business uses it.

This is a draft. It will be reviewed and completed, including our legal entity and contact details, before we collect any information through this website.

Who we are

Nawilo is a working company name for a business being established in the United Arab Emirates. The legal entity, registered address and contact details will be added here once they exist.

What we collect today

Browsing this website does not require you to give us any information. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party analytics or fonts.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This happens automatically for any website visit.

When the pilot form opens

If you register pilot interest, we will collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, type of service, team size, preferred language, the channels where enquiries arrive and, if you choose, a phone number and a short description of what you would like to fix.

We use these details only to review your interest and contact you about the pilot. We will send product updates only if you tick the separate box for them, and you can stop them at any time.

Please do not include details about your customers, health information or identity documents in the form.

Where data is stored and who processes it

We plan to store pilot-interest submissions with Cloudflare in the European Union, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile against automated abuse. Access will be limited to named members of our team. Before the form opens we will list every service provider involved here, along with the safeguards for any transfer outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

We propose to delete or anonymise pilot-interest details 12 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a pilot participant, in which case a separate agreement will apply.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent to product updates. Depending on where you are, you may have rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this notice when our services change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
